For the orange sauce, wash the oranges hot, dry them and grate the peel. Squeeze 3 oranges. Caramelize the sugar.

Stir in honey, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, orange juice, lemon juice and orange zest. Reduce liquid to one-quarter and let cool. Fillet the remaining oranges and fold into the sauce.
