A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Mix 250 g eggs, butter, sugar and pulp of vanilla bean with a mixer. Mix flour, 250 g oat flakes and baking powder and add. Grease the baking tray well and spread the dough on it. You can also line the tray with parchment paper.

Spread the drained cherries evenly over the dough. Mix the remaining sugar and oat flakes and sprinkle over the cherries. Bake at 200 °C for 40 min and cool.

I used two glasses of cherries and instead of vanilla pulp 1 butter vanilla-.
