**********Source********** : Our neighbor Annerose *************************** Rinse and pit the peppers, peel the garlic cloves.

All ingredients in hand mixer or chop with a puerrier rod. Add olive oil until desired consistency is reached (should be nice and spreadable).

Tastes good as a spread or possibly with grilled food.

It is best to try, ggF replace the red peppers by peppers.

Tip: Use fleshy olives for even more enjoyment!
