For the cauliflower zucchini puree wash cauliflower, divide into roses. Peel zucchini, remove core and cut into rough cubes. Cook cauliflower and zucchini in water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Strain cauliflower and zucchini and mash with milk and butter. Peel and press garlic and mix in. Season the cauliflower and zucchini puree with salt and pepper and serve.
