A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat).
Mix all dry ingredients with the potatoes.
Then add the honey, eggs and rum and mix very well.
Grease baking pans (preferably empty tin cans of 250 g) very well, sprinkle with semolina and fill with the mixture (maximum filling height 3 cm).
Bake for about ó hour, the surface must be hard.
