A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Prepare: Cover the greased baking sheets with the dough. Prick the bottom with a fork and leave to cool for about 20 minutes.
Topping: Cut the leeks diagonally into pieces about 2 cm long, rinse well. Blanch in salted water for about 5 minutes, remove, cool and drain.
Glaze: Mix all ingredients well.
Pour in: Spread the glaze evenly in the pastry cases. Put leek pieces in, sprinkle with cheese. Bake: Approx. 15 min. in the middle of the oven heated to 220 °C.
Goes well with: Spring salads.
Tip: Bake a large leek tart instead of tartelettes. The ingredients offer for a tray of 28-30 cm 0. Use a round rolled out puff pastry or cake dough. Bake: in about 30 min. in the lower half of the oven heated to 220 degrees.
