An asparagus recipe for gourmets:
Cut asparagus spears into 2-3 cm long pieces. Prick grapefruits all around with a pointed kitchen knife in a zigzag pattern to the center, unfold. Remove flesh from peel and cut from the conjunctiva. Thickly remove peel from orange, also remove fillets. Mix fruit and asparagus spears and fill into grapefruit shells. Stir salad dressing and pour over cocktail form.
Variation of the cocktail by adding cubes of ham or crab.
