Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Fry the egg barley in a saucepan with a tablespoon of Íl until golden, add salt, hot water and boil until soft. In the meantime, in another saucepan, steam the chopped peppers and the tomatoes with a tablespoon of fat, add salt and paprika. When the peppers and tomatoes are soft, add 0.1 liters of sour cream. In an ovenproof dish, put 1/3 of the egg barley, half of the paprika with sour cream, sliced hard eggs, then egg barley, paprika and egg. The top layer is made of egg barley. It is poured with sour cream and baked in the oven. The casserole can be prepared in advance, then you just have to bake it before serving.
