Peel the kohlrabi and cut into thin slices. Sauté kohlrabi in a little butter and pour water so that they are slightly covered.

Simmer for about 15 minutes until soft and dust with flour.

Season the kohlrabi vegetables with salt and chopped parsley and serve.
