Cut kohlrabi into slices and make 15 min. in salted water.
Fry minced meat in oil until crumbly, chop onions and garlic, add and sauté. Add spices and bouillon powder, fold in whipped cream and sour cream or crème fraiche.
Layer kohlrabi and minced meat sauce in a greased gratin dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
