For the eggnog cream with strawberries, soak the gelatin in plenty of cold water. Mix the pudding powder with 3 tablespoons of cold milk. Heat the remaining milk, stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil briefly.

Squeeze gelatin well and dissolve in hot pudding mixture, add eggnog, stir until cold.

Fold in whipped cream, fill into glasses and chill for about 3 hours.

Quarter strawberries and mix with eggnog and honey. Drape on the cream and serve the eggnog cream with strawberries immediately.
