Wash the zucchini and cut diagonally into 1/2 cm thick slices.
Finely chop the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and mix with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to make a marinade.
Salt and pepper the zucchini slices, then lightly coat them in flour and quickly fry them on both sides on a grill pan.
Drizzle the marinade over the grilled zucchini slices before serving.
