For the scalloped gnocchi, cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water and strain. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into small cubes. Chop the onion and cut the ham into thin strips.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent, add ham and fry as well. Now add the corn, tomatoes, peppers and gnocchi and mix well.
Mix eggs with whipped cream and breadcrumbs , season with salt and pepper and add chopped parsley. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in the gnocchi mixture and pour the egg-whipped cream mixture over it.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 30 minutes.
