Ginger Carrot Baguette

For the ginger-carrot baguette, mix yeast, flour, melted butter, sugar, salt and water and knead for about 10 minutes.

Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.

Clean carrots, ginger and green onion and finely chop in a blender along with curry.

Turn dough out onto a floured work surface, spread vegetable mixture on top and work well into dough.

Form 3 baguette sticks, place on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.

With a knife, make a slight incision on the surface 3 times each, brush with water and dust with a little flour.

Bake the ginger-carrot baguette in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
