For the yeast dumplings, sift flour into a bowl, add yeast, salt, sugar, soft butter and milk and knead with the dough hook of a food processor to a smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise at about 25 °C for about 40 minutes. Knead the dough again and form dumplings. Let the dumplings rise again on a floured board for about 15 minutes.
Then place the dumplings in the steamer attachment for a multi-cooker and steam at 120 °C for 25 minutes. Melt the butter in a small butter pan and brown it very lightly.
Pour this liquid butter over the finished dumplings and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
