Instructions:

Remove bones from fish fillets, rinse cooled, dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and sprinkle with juice of one lemon.

Bring wine to a boil in a frying pan and steam the fish pieces in it for 4 to 5 min until soft. Next, take out and boil the wine strongly. Add butter and let it melt, briefly sauté chopped garlic and kitchen herbs in it. Add the fish and shrimp and toss briefly in the frying pan.

Sprinkle with parsley leaves before serving.

Serve with baguette, boiled potatoes or pita bread.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also have a fresh taste!
