Put peas in a saucepan with boiling hot water, season with salt. Make 5 min. Dry the beef fillet with household paper. Cut into even cubes, cut bacon into small cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook bacon in it until translucent. Then brown the filet cubes for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add peeled, diced onions and fry. Also add washed, chopped dill (or parsley or dried dill) – peas with the cooking water, drained mushrooms, chanterelles and pineapple cubes (leave a little bit of everything) to the saucepan. Heat for 10 min. Arrange in a heated baking dish. Bring to table garnished with chanterelles, mushrooms, pineapple cubes and parsley.
