Sift flour into a sufficiently large bowl and form a well, crumble yeast into it, add lukewarm milk. Stir with a little flour from the edge to a “Dampfl”. Cover the dampfl and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Mix remaining flour with dampfl and knead into dough.
Rinse kitchen herbs, chop finely. Now knead yogurt, oil, salt and pepper into the dough. At the end, stir in finely chopped kitchen herbs. Shape the dough into three large balls. Place the dough balls in a triangle on a greased baking tray and let them rise for about 15 minutes until they have doubled in volume. Bake bread in the oven on the 2nd rail from the bottom at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
