Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

** Dough : Mix the dough and divide it evenly between 2 springform pans of the same size, lined with parchment paper.

** Meringue : Make the meringue with the 4 egg whites and 200 g of sugar, then spread evenly on the two bases and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Then bake everything together for about half an hour at 160-170 °C.

** Filling : juice of 2 lemons with water to a quarter l, 150 g sugar, 3 heaped teaspoons of cornflour, boil. Finally, stir in half a liter of whipped cream.
