For the daisy muffins, first grease the wells of a muffin tin or place paper shapes in them. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add sugar, butter, lemon juice and eggs and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the molds to a maximum height of 3/4 and bake for about 15 minutes, then let cool completely.

For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with a little milk to make a thick consistency. Stir in the food coloring.

Carefully pluck the flowers from the daisies. Place a dab of frosting in the center of the cupcakes. Arrange the flowers all around. One end should be a bit in the frosting to help the flowers hold onto the daisy cupcakes.
