Mix the curd cheese, sour cream, butter, sugar, semolina, lemon zest, salt and half of the egg.

Spread the mixture on the puff pastry. Roll up the strudel and brush with the rest of the egg. Bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle the curd strudel with powdered sugar.
