(*) or dressing made of 200 g sour cream, 50 g natural yogurt, a little bit of lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Wash the shrimps with cold water. Rinse nashi and cut into cubes, mix with a little bit of juice of one lemon. Cut grapes in half and pineapple into pieces. Cut peeled almond kernels into flakes. Mix everything loosely with the dressing. Arrange on lettuce leaves.


Tip: Use plain or light yogurt as needed!
