For the coconut rice pudding, first heat the milk with the coconut milk. Add the rice and season with honey.
Add 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes. Simmer the rice on low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir several times.
In the meantime, wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
Serve the coconut-rice pudding with the strawberries and sprinkle with the remaining coconut flakes.
