Make long grain rice according to ackungsanweisung. Roast pollock fillet in soybean oil, briefly steam diced pineapple, season with curry and iodized salt. Chop peppers, steam in a little vegetable soup until soft, mix with the long-grain rice, season with parsley.
Orange spritzer: Mix orange juice with mineral water.
Dinner: Sauté diced potatoes and diced carrots in light butter. Pour in vegetable soup. Cover and simmer for about ten minutes, then mash. Season with chopped parsley. Spread wholemeal bread with liver sausage.
Tip: Use plain or light yogurt as needed!
