A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Rinse cauliflower, divide into roses and make in salted water. In salted water, soften the pasta.

For the sauce, get butter hot and stirring throughout, cook the flour until golden. Reduce the temperature and gradually add of the cooking broth until the sauce has the right consistency.

Finally, fold in 2 tsp mustard and 1/2 tsp vegetable soup. Form the mustard sauce over the cauliflower florets, sprinkle with chopped parsley and bring to the table together with the pasta.
