For the carp from the oven with pumpkin, dill and walnuts, first peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes, mix with the flaxseed oil and apple cider vinegar, spread flat on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 160 °C for about 20 minutes. Season the fish with salt and place on top of the pumpkin, roast for another 5 minutes.

Remove the pumpkin and fish from the oven, mash the pumpkin, mix in the dill and walnut kernels. Put the fish on a plate, arrange the pumpkin next to it and garnish the carp from the oven with pumpkin, dill and walnuts with fresh rosemary and thyme.
