Instructions:

Spread a 20 x 20 cm baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put sugar and whipping cream in saucepan and make hot while stirring.

Add butter, baking powder and Orangeback / Citroback to this purpose and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour on low heat. Test: put a little amount in tap water with a tsp. It must form a soft ball. Brush quantity on baking sheet and let cool. Cut into cubes.
