Instructions:

Mix the flour and Kölln Instant Flakes, place in a large enough bowl and make an indentation in the center. Stir yeast with a little sugar and milk. Cover and let rise for about 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together to form a smooth dough. Spread the dough evenly on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for about half an hour with the lid closed. Top with butter flakes. Sprinkle with sugar and coconut flakes. Bake at 225 degrees , medium rack, for about 25 min.
