Place garlic bulbs in aluminum foil and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with kitchen herbs de Provence. Close the aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30-35 min at 175 °C. Now detach the cloves from the tuber and remove the skin. Mash with a fork or kitchen knife on the toasted bread.
