For the beer muffins, beat the egg lightly and mix well with the cheese and the beer. Sift the baking powder and baking soda into the flour and mix well with salt, pepper and the crushed caraway seeds. Now carefully fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture.

Now pour the mixture immediately into the muffin tray and bake the beer muffins with hot air at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
