A great recipe for an evening with guests – it’s easy to prepare, simple to make, but sophisticated!
Strain and chop canned mussels, prepare and chop fresh mussels, prepare and squeeze spinach, chop parsley.
Chop the garlic, put it through the press and mix it in a baking bowl with all the ingredients except the pine nuts and the cayenne pepper. Pour the mixture into a large ovenproof dish or into small dishes or shells, sprinkle with the pine nuts and cayenne pepper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until everything is golden brown. You can serve the mussels hot(!) decorated with lemon slices and dill.
Tip: Did you know that one bowl of spinach already covers the entire daily requirement of vitamin K and beta-carotene?
