For the apple strudel, put flour on the surface, make a crater on top. Gradually add salt, sugar, oil, egg and water and make a smooth dough.
Spread a thin layer of oil on the dough. Let rest for about half an hour. Dust the dough with flour and roll out evenly on a floured tea towel.
Brush with melted butter, let rest for a few minutes with the lid closed. Now carefully roll out the dough paper-thin with the back of your hand.
Cut the apples into small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Lay out the strudel dough on a dishcloth, butter it and spread the filling evenly on it.
Carefully roll it up with the help of the cloth. Wrap the edges, brush the strudel repeatedly with butter, dust with powdered sugar and place on the baking tray with a pallet.
Bake in the heated oven at about 180 °C for 20 minutes.
