A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Knead a short pastry from the ingredients for the base and line a greased cake springform pan (28 cm ø) with it. Peel the apples (Boskopp are the best), cut out the cores, roll them in sugar and cinnamon and place them in the cake tin.
Make a pudding from the pudding powder and the sugar according to the instructions and pour it over the apples in the form.
Bake in a heated oven at 170 °C for about 70 minutes.
