A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Sift the flour, cornflour and baking powder into a suitable bowl, add the egg yolks whisked with milk, season with salt and fold in the stiffly beaten snow. Heat the fat in a frying pan, pour some of the dough into it, fry it on one side, turn it over and tear it into small pieces with two forks or spatulas and fry it until golden brown. Serve with green salad.
