Mix flour with baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and knead with hand mixer until dough forms. Chill for 1/2 hour. For the filling, boil milk with sugar, vanilla sugar and rum, remove from heat. Stir in poppy seeds and breadcrumbs well and let cool. Roll out the dough to a rectangle about 3 mm thick, cut into 8 x 8 cm squares. Brush the edges of the dough lightly with egg. Form the filling into rolls and divide among the dough pieces. Fold the dough over the top. Pinch the ends together and roll into cones. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar while still warm.
