For the Blunzenradeln, spread half of the Blunzen slices with mustard. Place an apple slice and an onion slice on top of each and spread the second half of the Blunzenradeln with horseradish and place on top. Coat with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and slowly fry the Blunzenradeln in oil.
