Instructions:

Soak gelatin in cold water. In the meantime, peel, core and puree the cucumber. Peel the garlic, press through a garlic press and fold into the cucumber puree with the ricotta. Thinly slice the olives and fold into the mixture with the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze gelatin, dissolve in a little hot water and stir into the ricotta mixture. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
