For the cabbage rolls, cut out the stalk from the blanched cabbage leaves.
Mix the minced meat with the onion cubes, the squeezed out bread, the egg, mustard, salt and pepper and season to taste.
Place 2 cabbage leaves on top of each other, overlapping, and add some meat filling on top. Roll up and brown in a roasting pan.
Add tomato paste, roast a little and pour in the soup. Cook in the oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
Arrange the cabbage rolls and serve.
