For the apple pie with yogurt glaze, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff, beat in the sugar, add the yolks one at a time and beat until foamy. Then slowly add the oil, milk and apricot juice and continue beating. Mix flour and baking powder and gently fold into the dough. Spread the dough on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Wash the apples well, dry them, peel, cut into eighths and core them. Cover the dough densely with them. Whisk the yogurt with the cinnamon, vanilla sugar and the eggs, spread this thin spoonful by spoonful mixture evenly on the cake. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle the apple cake with yogurt glaze with powdered sugar.
