Quarter peppers, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Chop onion and garlic. Cut pineapple into pieces.
Brown meat in hot oil. Add peppers, onion and garlic and sauté briefly. Add sauerkraut and pineapple. Stir cornflour with sugar, soy sauce, orange juice and tomato puree, add to sauerkraut, bring to boil and simmer for about ten minutes.
