Half apple in a juicer form and squeeze juice.

Alternatively, you can also take natural apple juice (about 150 ml).

Then fill the juice into a blender and add a handful of ice cubes, the banana, the half chopped orange, the strawberries and the buttermilk and blend well until the mixture is homogeneous.

Bring to the table in a glass, cut a strawberry as a decoration and stick it to the rim of the glass.
