Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Butter a gratin dish and put the seasoned meat on it. On each cutlet put a sausage filling form. Pour the whipped cream over the whole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in the oven on the middle shelf at 200 °C for 3/4 hour. (convection oven: 175 °C )
As a side dish: Potato salad, pasta salad and a cold beer.
You can also have cauliflower with white sauce and noodles. But be careful: it is very filling and the eyes are slightly bigger than the stomach.
