Instructions:

Bring poulard to a boil in a saucepan with enough water.

Remove the chicken from the bone, add to the soup.

Cook the long grain rice or couscous.

To serve, place the couscous or long grain rice in a deep dish and pour the stew over it until it forms a thick mixture.
