A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Preheat the stove to 200 °C. Grease a 22 cm round baking pan. Mix corn flour with baking powder, wheat flour, sugar and salt in a wide bowl. In a second baking bowl, stir milk with yogurt, butter, oil and eggs. Add the liquid to the flour mixture and mix lightly. Then fold in the hominy. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake on middle rack for 45 min until golden brown. Make chopstick proofing. Cool in the pan for 15-20 min, then remove and cool on a cooling rack.
