For the apricot chocolate cake in a jar, mix well all the ingredients except the chocolate, jam and apricots.chop the chocolate into small pieces. Remove the seeds from the apricots and cut them into cubes.
Finally, mix the jam, chocolate and apricot pieces into the batter.
Fill the cake mixture into glasses (about half full) and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 30 minutes.
Before serving, you can decorate the apricot chocolate cake in the jar with some white chocolate.
