Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Cut meat into strips, leek into rings, mushrooms into slices, drain soybean germ. Heat oil, fry meat for 3 minutes, add leek and mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes, add soybean germs and fry for 3 minutes as well. Fold in soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir water with cornstarch (maizena) and use to thicken the meat-vegetable frying pan.
Serve with: Long grain rice.
