For the semolina and apple casserole, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil and stir in the semolina. Add the raisins, honey and cinnamon and reduce to a simmer. Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and whisk the egg yolks with the yogurt until foamy.
Wash the apples and cut them into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with butter. Stir the yogurt-yolk mixture into the semolina and fold in the snow. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and cover with the apples. Bake the semolina-apple casserole at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
