First, crisp the bacon in the frying pan. When the cubes are fried and brown, add olive oil and onions. Stirring constantly, roast just until the onions are flat yellow but not yet brown. Now add the raw minced meat, roast again for about 5 minutes. Stir in the paradeis pulp, red wine and spices. Close the saucepan and cook the sauce gently at the lowest temperature for about 20 minutes.
