Cut each loaf lengthwise into four slices. Spread them with butter and veal liver sausage. Top with rolled slices of roast pork, mixed pickles, stuffed permanent sausage patties, roast beef slices rolled on cucumbers, stuffed smoked meat cones and with cooked ham.

Garnish with onion rings, tomato slices, parsley and cress. Beat bread can be served on a large wooden board or possibly in individual portions. Always tastes good.

What to serve with: With a keg of beer when you have a beat or other party.
