For bruschetta with cheese, wash and finely chop the basil. Mix almonds with half of the basil, Parmesan and cream cheese. Season the cheese cream with salt, pepper and vinegar.
Lightly toast the bread slices. Squeeze the garlic cloves through the garlic press, brush the bread slices with it.
Spread the cheese cream on the bread slices, sprinkle with the remaining basil and serve the bruschetta with cheese!
